My Review

Race relations come under the microscope in “The Grace Card.” Two police officers, one white and one black, have differences of opinion and try to deal with it in the light of their common Christian faith. Director David Evans, in his big screen debut, and screenwriter-producer Howard Klausner deal with the sensitive subject matter in a competent manner that makes for fascinating movie viewing.

The cast turns in some good performances including Louis Gossett Jr., Michael Jeffrey Joiner, Michael Higgenbottom, Stephen Dervan, Cindy Hodge, Rob Erickson, Dawntoya Thomason, Kiana McDaniel, Kiana McDaniel. “The Grace Card” was a moderate success at the box office for GraceWorks Pictures and Provident Films.
