Director-screenwriter Natalie Krinsky (“Gossip Girl” 2007) and executive producer Selena Gomez put together a romantic comedy film “The Broken Hearts Gallery.” It is the story of a New York City woman who opens an art gallery which displays souvenirs and keepsakes from people’s broken relationships.
Krinsky, in her directorial debut, did well enough in putting together a major motion picture, one that appeals primarily to women. This barely watchable “chick flick” has a cast that includes Geraldine Viswanathan, Dacre Montgomery, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Molly Gordon, Phillipa Soo, Arturo Castro, and veteran Bernadette Peters, in this film from TriStar Pictures and Sony Pictures.
