“Pittsburgh” is a “mockumentary” comedy movie where actors Jeff Goldblum and Ed Begley Jr. play themselves, with Goldblum attempting to put together a summer theater production of “The Music Man,” helped out by Begley. The duo have good chemistry together, with the banter between the two proving to be quite entertaining.
This 84 minute “Pittsburgh,” set in Goldblum’s hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is very watchable and a fun view on dvd. It’s and independent production directed by Chris Bradley and Kyle LaBrache. Numerous celebs appeared playing themselves including Conan O”Brien, Craig Kilborn, Catherine Wreford, Illeana Douglas, Alanis Morissette, and Tom Cavanagh.
