Matt Damon is back and better than ever as “Jason Bourne.” Producer-director Paul Greengrass (“The Bourne Supremacy” 2004 and “The Bourne Ultimatum” 2007), who also wrote the screenplay with Christopher Rouse, has given us an exciting story about an “out in the cold” Bourne trying to uncover the truth about his hidden past.
Damon doesn’t seem to skip a beat as he returns to the role he originated in 2002 in “The Bourne Identity,” and continued in the 2004 and 2007 films. (He did not participate in 2012’s “The Bourne Legacy”.) The supporting cast includes Tommy Lee Jones, Alicia Vikander, Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassel, Riz Ahmed, Bill Camp, and Scott Shepard in the very watchable “Jason Bourne” which was successful at the box office for Universal Pictures.
