“Imperium” is a gripping crime drama about an FBI agent infiltrating a white supremacist group suspected of possible terrorist attacks. Producer-director-screenwriter Daniel Ragussis did an outstanding job in his big screen directorial debut, drawing on the real-life experiences of retired FBI agent Michael German.
Daniel Radcliffe, the British actor who gained international fame as Harry Potter, delivers a marvelous performance here. He handles the center of the motion picture action well, helped out with the suspenseful material from Ragussis. The supporting cast in Lionsgate’s “Imperium” includes Toni Collette, Tracy Letts, David Druid, Pawel Szajda, Chris Sullivan, Nestor Carbonell, Sam Tremmell, Burn Gorman, Seth Numrich.
