“Good People” is a familiar story about an America couple residing in London who inadvertently become involved with criminal elements. Danish director Henrik Ruben Genz and screenwriter Kelly Masterson did not infuse this stock crime drama with enough originality to make it an exciting film.
The actors did their part, delivering good performances: James Franco and Kate Hudson as the Tom and Anna Wright, Tom Wilkinson as the police investigator, as well as Omar Sy, Anna Friel, Sam Spruell, Diana Hardcastle, and Oliver Dimsdale.
