This was enough to make the picture a success at the box office for Warner Bros. Pictures and director Michael Dougherty (“Superman Returns” 2006), who also co-wrote the screenplay with Zach Shields. The cast includes Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Ken Watanabe, David Strathairn, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance. “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” is a huge monstrosity of a motion picture.
