“Furious 7” is without a doubt the best of the “Fast and Furious” movie franchise so far. It has tons of eye-popping action scenes, including one sequence where six cars were parachuted from an airplane. This well-orchestrated air drop scene was developed by stunt coordinator Spiro Razatos.
Producer Vin Diesel, director James Wan, and screenwriter Chris Morgan all did their part in developing this well-paced and fast moving 137 minute film. It made $1.5 billion for Universal Pictures.
The outstanding cast includes Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Paul Walker in his final film role before his death in November, 2013.
The memorial to Paul Walker at the end of the film was very tastefully done and fitted seamlessly into the picture. It was an appropriate farewell to the actor who had been an integral part of all of the “Fast and Furious” films.
