“Christmas in Paradise” is a holiday film about three sisters who reunite with their estranged father on a Caribbean island. Kelsey Grammar stars in this predictable but pleasant story that was streamed on the STARZ channel, a sequel to the 2021 Netflix movie “Father Christmas is Back.” Director Philippe Martinez did a good job of traffic direction, also writing the screenplay with Megan Brown Martinez.
Co-stars include Elizabeth Hurley, Billy Ray Cyrus, Nathalie Cox, Naomi Frederick, Ray Fearon, Victoria Ekanoye, Winston Crooke, and Rafael Emmanuel Martinez. Another star of the show was the beautiful scenery on the island of Nevis, well captured on film by cinematographer Christophe Carelle. Kudos to executive producer Kelsey Grammar, producers Philippe Martinez and Megan Brown Martinez, and the people at STARZ for a job well done with the watchable “Christmas in Paradise.”
