Hardy’s performance is flat, as if he were reciting the dialogue from what is, after all, a horribly written screenplay. The supporting cast includes Linda Cardellini, Matt Dillon, Kathrine, Narducci, Kyle MacLachlan, Noel Fisher, and director Trank in a small part as an FBI agent.
The tedious “Capone” is unwatchable nonsense from producer Lawrence Bender (“Good Will Hunting” 1997). It was released on dvd due to movie theater closures caused by the corona virus pandemic.
