My Review

Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Pictures have a huge hit on their hands with “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The Avengers gang team up once again, only the second time since 2012’s “The Avengers,” to battle Ultron, an extremely powerful artificial intelligence.

Returnees include Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, Chris Evans as Steve Rogers (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth asThor, Mark Ruffalo as the Bruce Banner (The Hulk), Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye. All are in top form and seem happy to be back.

The cast is rounded out by Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Anthony Mackie, Hayley Atwell, Linda Cardellini, Idris Elba, Stellan Skarsgard, Samuel L. Jackson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, and James Spader as Ultron, the aforementioned heavy of the picture. “Avengers” co-creator Stan Lee makes a cameo appearance.

Producer Kevin Feige and director-screenwriter Joss Whedon (“Much Ado About Nothing” 2012) have done a good job of making “Avengers: Age of Ultron” a very exciting and watchable sequel, bringing in over one billion dollars into the coffers of The Walt Disney Company.
