This unimaginative and myopic film from Jonze and screenwriters Charlie Kaufman and Donald Kaufman is something only art house attendees will enjoy. Also members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as it was nominated for four Oscars and won one, for Best Supporting Actor for Chris Cooper.
