My Review

Producer-director Guy Ritchie has given the world more garbage in the form of a motion picture. “The Gentlemen” is the tedious and monotonous story of an American living in London trying to sell his marijuana business, running into all sorts of trouble in the process.

Ritchie also wrote the atrocious screenplay, hiring some big names to recite his low-life dialogue: Matthew McConaughey, Charlie Hunnam, Henry Golding, Eddie Marsan, Michelle Dockery, Jeremy Strong, Tom Wu, Colin Farrell, and Hugh Grant, who seemed to be doing a Michael Caine impersonation throughout the entire picture.

Do yourself a favor and skip the unwatchable and ungentlemanly movie “The Gentlemen” about scum bag criminal elements going about their business. Here’s a little secret: Nobody cares!
