Liam Neeson plays a hitman about to retire when he is pressured to take one last job and then suffers severe memory loss in “Memory.” This film is in Neeson’s usual genre of work but suffers from an inconsistent plot and poor writing and directing. Director Martin Campbell (“Casino Royale” 2006) and screenwriter Dario Scardapane fell down on the job with this project.
The supporting cast includes Guy Pearce, Monica Bellucci, Harold Torres, Raymond Fearon, Ray Stevenson, Louis Mandylor, and Natalie Anderson. The basically unwatchable independent movie “Memory” is definitely one to forget.
