The cast also includes Scarlett Johansson, Giovanni Ribisi, Anna Faris, Fumihiro Hayashi, and Catherine Lambert as a lounge singer. However, “Lost in Translation” was a success at the box office for American Zoetrope, Elemental Films, and Focus Features. It was nominated for four Academy Awards, winning one for Best Original Screenplay.
