The unfortunate supporting cast behind Tim Allen includes Kristin Davis, Robert Downey Jr., Danny Glover, Philip Baker Hall, Spencer Breslin, and Jane Curtain as Judge Whittaker. The only thing we can say about Walt Disney Pictures’ “The Shaggy Dog” is that it indeed has gone to the dogs!
